Exterior Inspection

Walk entire property checking for: signs of vandalism, roof and soffits for animal entry points or damage, hose bibs/spigots for leaks, lawn and plants are watered properly, irrigation system, pool water level and more.

Interior Inspection

Walk entire interior checking for: mold/mildew, water leaks, pest infestation, doors and window sills for water intrusion, run faucets and showers to lubricate seals and keep p-traps full, water heater function, appliance function, Confirm AC system is working properly, check temperature and humidity, vents for signs of condensation, drain line for clogs and more.

Other

Check: battery tender on vehicles and start cars, boat dock condition, water plants, house plant and garden watering, test sprinkler system, bring in garbage cans, be a point of contact for other service professionals, and more.

Bring in mail or packages and send to you if important.
Provide photos and detailed reports of the status of your home.
Monitor service providers for lawn, pool and pest control.

Schedule services, upon your approval, should any issues arise.
Act as a point of contact and entry for your service providers.

Pet Sitting

We LOVE your pets! Our in home pet sitting services include overnight stay in your home to ensure your pets are lovingly cared for in their own environment. We truly believe that your furry loved ones receive the best care in their own home. It reduces stress, keeps them safe, and gives them the one on one attention they really need.

Includes all the essentials for caring for your pet:
feeding, walking, loving attention, play & cuddle time, administering medication, cleaning up messes.
Overnight from 7pm to 7am
Daytime care where your pet will not be unattended for more than 4 hrs.
